Orlando Satchell, the executive chef at the Ladera resort's Dashnee restaurant, told the magazine he buys his ingredients from local markets where islanders sell their own produce.At local fish-frys, the magazine said visitors can sample seafood fare such as stuffed crab, mussels, and lobster, as well as home brewed spice rum, which is made in most areas.Owners of a St. Lucian villa may also be impressed by the island's high-end dining establishments. In particular, the source said the outdoor restaurant The Cliff at Cap Maison, located on the northern tip of the island, is a must-see for food lovers who appreciate a stunning view and fine presentation.In between all of the eating, travelers can explore the islands sprawling beaches, unspoiled rainforest and to complete the day, one if its world-class spas.
